Cardiac Arrest
Coronary heart disease is America's No. 1 killer. Kentucky has the 4th highest rate of death from heart disease. That's why it's so important to reduce your risk factors, know the warning signs, and know how to respond quickly and properly if warning signs occur.
NewsChannel 6 is teaming up with area partners to promote awareness of this disease.

We'll follow volunteers who undergo non-invasive testing and are placed under "Cardiac Arrest." We'll find out what these volunteers discover and the steps they are taking to reduce their rist of heart disease.

Tonight at 10, Johnette Worak will bring the first installment of the NewsChannel 6 "Cardiac Arrest." Watching could help save your life.

Healthy Heart & Nutritional Fair
NewsChannel 6 and the Purchase District Health Department teamed up to bring the Healthy Heart & Nutritional Fair Monday, February 19th at the Kentucky Oaks Mall In Paducah. Now you can get the recipes from the cooking demonstrations at the event.
